Over 100 tradesmen made light work of the Tauranga Registered Master Builders Charity House, which was built in a month and auctioned off on September 27 with proceeds going to Kiwi Can Bay of Plenty and Make a Wish Foundation.  The three bedroom house well exceeded its valuation and cruised past the reserve with a winning bid of $155,000.

"On behalf of Kiwi Can Bay of Plenty, I would like to thank the many community minded people who in tough economic times have volunteered their assistance, donated resources and provided financial support," says Dan Allen-Gordon, Kiwi Can Bay of Plenty Trustee.
